This Peter Rabbit Feeding set was designed by Petit Jour Paris in 2013 in conjunction with Fredrick Warne and Co who own the rights to the original Beatrix Potter artwork. The set is made from hard wearing, practical melamine and consists of: PLATE - depicting Peter in Mr McGregor's garden munching carrots with a Robin standing guard on a spade handle. Pale blue polkadot rim. Measures 21.5cm diameter. BOWL - Image of Mrs Rabbit buttoning up Peter's jacket and his sisters Flopsy, Mopsy and Cotton-tail in the background. Pink polkadot rim. Measures 16.5cm diameter. DOUBLE HANDLED CUP - showing Peter with a carrot on the front and a bee on the back with a background of multicoloured polkadots. The inside base depicts Tittlemouse sheltering under a leaf and eating a strawberry. The base has a rubber seal to help prevent spillage. Measures 7.5 in diameter and 7cm high. SPOON - Image of Peter on the bowl of the spoon and a multicoloured polkadot handle. Slightly longer than a teaspoon and measures about 14cm long. The set seems barely used as the images are still all very clear. It is not microwavable and hand washing would be recommended....more
