A hand-crafted unglazed stoneware ceramic vinegar jug or pourer with a stopper with rubber seal by Tremar Pottery, a British Studio Pottery based in Cornwall. The attractive vinegar pourer has a creamy earthy brown matt glaze with Tremar’s distinctive Lettering saying “Vinegar” on the front. The rubber around the ceramic stopper or bung ensures a snug fit in the bottle. There is also a circle which would have had a leather cord attaching it to the top of the handle. A highly collectible quality Tremor Vinegar Pourer in excellent vintage condition with no cracks, crazing or visible scratches. Great for the kitchen table and country kitchens. See photos for condition. There may be wear consistent with normal use as this is a pre loved item. The vinegar pourer with ceramic bung is 14 cm (5 1/2 in) high, and has a diameter of 7.5 cm (3 in). It weighs 390 g (13.7 oz). These genuine Cornish ceramic stoneware kitchen items are now rare and hard to find, particularly in this excellent condition.
