This beautiful vintage Daum Nancy crystal bowl sculpture is a stunning example of mid-century art glass. The bowl is freeform in shape, with undulating curves. It is made of clear crystal, and the signature "Daum France Nancy Festival 1966" is hand-signed on the lower outer side. The bowl measures approximately 5cm tall x 13cm long x 10cm wide. History: The Daum Nancy glassworks was founded in 1875 by Jean Daum. The company quickly became known for its innovative and beautiful glassware, and its work was associated with the Art Nouveau movement. The bowl was made in 1966, during a period of great creativity at Daum Nancy. The company was experimenting with new techniques and materials, and the result was a body of work that is both beautiful and unique. Condition: The bowl is in excellent condition.
